David Allen-Butler, Managing Partner, was formerly Business Operations Director and Divisional Human Resources Manager for Digital Equipment. Both roles focused on major change initiatives including business process re-engineering and individual, team and organisational development.

David started in business consulting in 1974 and has many clients in blue chip companies in the retail, finance, information technology and oil industries. David has also undertaken consulting assignments for the United Nations and the International Labour Organisation as a visiting expert in people development.
